Return Eligibility

Ngoc Tien accepts product returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and remains in its original condition.
• The product has no scratches, damage, or defects caused by external impact or improper handling.
• The original packaging, accessories, labels, and accompanying items are complete.
• Valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or delivery note, is provided.

Product Exchange

If a customer wishes to exchange the purchased product for another product:

• The value of the original product will be credited toward the replacement product.
• If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
• If the replacement product has a lower value, Ngoc Tien will refund the difference.

Returns & Refunds

If the customer does not wish to exchange the product:

• Ngoc Tien will refund 100% of the amount paid for the eligible returned product/order.
• Refund processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method.
• Refunds will be made by bank transfer or, where applicable, through the original payment method.
