Payment Methods
Ngoc Tien offers two convenient payment methods: cash payment and bank transfer
Payment Terms
- For in-stock products: Customers are required to make full payment (100% of the order value) before receiving the goods.
- For made-to-order or special-order products:
- A 30% advance payment is required upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid before delivery.
- For large-scale projects or construction orders: Where the purchasing company provides a payment guarantee issued by a bank or recognized financial institution, Ngoc Tien may consider offering credit payment terms backed by the guarantee, subject to review and approval.
